Cancellation T & C's
All cancellations of consultancy bookings must be made via email. Unfortunately a phone call cannot be accepted as a means of cancellation.
In the event of either party having to cancel the session, an alternative date will be agreed. If this is not possible, on the part of the school, then a cancellation charge of 35% of the cost of the consultancy may be incurred.
